peanut butter and jelly smoothie

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons organic creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries (or strawberries or raspberries)
  • 1 dropper of vanilla creme liquid stevia
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender, and blend until smooth.
