pumpkin gingerbread smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 - 1 dropper of vanilla creme stevia, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • optional: 3 - 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender, and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
