chocolate raspberry smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 heaping tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (whey, egg, rice, or pea)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 dropper vanilla creme liquid stevia
  • Optional: 1/2 - 1 frozen banana for a sweeter smoothie
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender and blend until smooth.
