Blueberry Kale Smoothie

  • 2 stalks kale
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender, and blend on high for 30 seconds.
